Who can access it
Authorized IHL administrators, support staff, and assigned building attendants receive only the access needed for their responsibilities. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy terms.
Resident choices
Residents can ask to review or correct their contact information and may request help with account or communication preferences. Final retention and deletion periods require owner approval.
Security
The production system is designed for authenticated staff access, building-specific permissions, protected database records, and server-only credentials. No production resident information should be stored until client-owned infrastructure is connected.
